Repairs
*We are currently only servicing machines that we have sold.
Due to the large volume of repairs coming in, we are now using a queue system. Please call the shop to see what our availability is and to be added to the queue. Once it is your turn in the queue, we will contact you to bring your machine in for service.
*Current queue wait time is anywhere from 5-8 weeks. Machine turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.
-Bring cords only for machines that have different power cords than current HV and Brother Machines
-For large machines that do not fit on shelves, you can keep them in their cases, but any machine that can go on a shelf should not be left in a rolling case.
