Sew Creative Summer Camps: Knit Jumpsuit

Garment sewing AND knits? This class is perfect for anyone that wants to know how to follow a pattern to make their own clothes. We’ll practice reading sewing patterns and learn how to work with knit fabrics. At the end of the week, you’ll have your very own jumpsuit, made by you!

AUGUST 5-9   1-4PM

Ages 10 and up. (prior sewing experience and basic machine knowledge is required)

Our kids Camps are designed to spark creativity, promote individuality, learn new skills, and most of all have a BLAST doing it! Campers will be choosing their own fabrics for all projects and working on state of the art computerized sewing machines from Singer. This will be our 20th year of offering camps for ages 7-15. Anyone 15 and older may be interested in taking our Sewing Fundamentals class. Camp sessions are limited to 6 campers so individual attention can be provided. A lead teacher and aid is in each class to ensure guidance and success. Our goal is for the students to create projects they can be proud of, feel success as they learn the basics of sewing, and most of all have fun in a creative environment.

All camps are drop off only. A light snack will be provided. Campers are welcome to bring their own food and drink. No sewing supplies are needed, just bring the campers!
