Fran’s Sewing Circle Summer Camps 2013
All Camps are 1 -4pm, and include all materials for projects.
READY – SET – SEW
June 17 – 19 Ages 7 – 10 $100
This camp is recommended for any brand new sewer. You will be making a little “stuff” bag, doll blanket and skirt for you and your 18” doll.
SLUMBER PARTY
June 26 – 28 Ages 7 – 10 $100.
Everything you need for a sleepover! Make pajama pants and use the same fabric to appliqué a design on a t shirt to match and finish with a special pillow case.
CUPCAKE PARTY
August 7 - 9 Ages 7 – 10 $100.
Make you and your 18” doll matching aprons with a fun flounce on the bottom. A cupcake placemat and party on the last day makes this a fun and tasty camp.
SEW FOR FALL
August 12 – 14 Ages 7 – 10 $100.
Get yourself ready for back to school with a book bag and reusable lunch bag. Your 18” doll will be ready for cooler weather with a new coat.
SEW STYLISH SUMMER
June 10 – 14 Ages 10 – 14 $175
A sling bag and fashionable sleeveless dress with gathered skirt will have you ready for any occasion. We will be working with a pattern and putting in a zipper. (10 year olds need to have taken at least one camp previous years.)
SEW “YOUR” SPACE
July 8 – 12 Ages 10 – 14 $175
Choose your favorite fabrics and make a pieced lap quilt and then matchin pillow case. Also make a paper pieced picture for your wall.
GLAM AND GADGETS
July 22 – 26 Ages 10 – 14 $175
Fun fashions for this class are a gathered skirt with pockets and a halter top designed my Amy Butler. Gadgets we will make as time permits are and E/reader or notebook case and wristlet.
Learn A Bunch At Lunch
FREE!!! 12 – 1 pm. Bring a lunch, or just join us, we will have coffee, tea and dessert!
March 20 – Gathering techniques and a skirt pattern with a ruffled bottom for your favorite little girl.
